NLP Practitioner Intensive

Life isn’t about finding yourself. Life is about creating yourself. ― George Bernard Shaw

You are capable of far more than you realise.

You are endlessly curious.

You ask better questions than most.

You’re looking for greater awareness, wiser decisions, stronger relationships and a life lived with purpose.

Every breakthrough in leadership, creativity, relationships and success begins with one decision: to understand yourself more deeply.

Welcome to a community of Human Potential Explorers.

19 September 2026 – 2 October 2026

Venue: TBC – Centurion, Pretoria, South Africa

The world is changing faster than ever before. The greatest advantage you can develop is not simply knowing more, but becoming more. More aware. More adaptable. More resilient. More intentional.

Our NLP Practitioner Intensive has been designed for Human Potential Explorers. People who are endlessly curious about themselves, others and the world around them. They believe that meaningful growth begins from within and that the most important project they will ever lead is themselves.

This immersive programme combines Neuro-Linguistic Programming with practical psychology, communication, personal development and leadership to help you better understand how people think, communicate, learn and change. More importantly, it provides practical tools that can be applied immediately in every area of life.

Whether you are a professional, entrepreneur, leader, coach, educator or lifelong learner, this programme will help you develop the mindset and capabilities needed to thrive in an increasingly complex world.

Throughout the programme you will learn how to:

  • Develop greater self-awareness and emotional intelligence.
  • Understand how beliefs, thinking patterns and language influence behaviour.
  • Communicate with greater confidence, empathy and influence.
  • Build stronger relationships through deeper understanding of others.
  • Challenge limiting beliefs and develop empowering new perspectives.
  • Increase resilience, confidence and personal effectiveness.
  • Think more creatively and make better decisions.
  • Lead yourself with greater clarity, authenticity and purpose.
  • Coach, influence and support others in creating meaningful change.
  • Continue growing long after the programme has ended.

This programme is for you if you:

  • Take ownership of your own learning and development.
  • Are naturally curious about people and human behaviour.
  • Believe that lasting change begins with changing yourself.
  • Value practical learning that creates real transformation.
  • Want to become a more capable leader, communicator and decision-maker.
  • See learning as a lifelong journey rather than a destination.

What makes this programme different?

This is not simply a course in NLP techniques. It is an immersive learning experience designed to transform the way you think, communicate and engage with the world.

Rather than focusing solely on knowledge, we develop wisdom through experience, reflection, and practical application. Every concept is explored through demonstrations, coaching conversations, experiential exercises and real-world practice so that learning becomes a lasting capability.

The Outcome

By the end of the programme, you will not simply have gained new skills. You will have developed a deeper understanding of yourself and others, greater confidence in your ability to drive positive change, and a practical framework to continue your growth for years to come.

If you believe that personal mastery is the foundation of meaningful leadership, that curiosity is one of life’s greatest strengths, and that the greatest investment you can ever make is in yourself, then you are already thinking like a Human Potential Explorer.

The greatest gift this programme offers is not a qualification, a collection of techniques, or a new way of communicating. It is the ability to become a more conscious, capable and intentional human being. Once you learn to understand yourself, shape your thinking, and continually develop your potential, those capabilities influence every conversation, every decision, every relationship, and every opportunity for the rest of your life. That is why the most valuable qualification you leave with is not the certificate you receive, but the person you become.

Your journey begins here.

Professional Certification

Successful participants who demonstrate the required knowledge, practical competence and integration of the programme will be awarded certification as NLP Practitioner and HNLP (Humanistic Neuro-Linguistic Psychology) Practitioner through The International Network for Humanistic Neuro-Linguistic Psychology (INHNLP).

This internationally recognised certification reflects more than attendance. It acknowledges your ability to apply the principles and practices of NLP ethically, confidently and effectively in real-world situations. Whether your goal is personal growth, professional development, leadership, coaching or helping others create meaningful change, your certification represents an important milestone in your ongoing journey as a Human Potential Explorer, providing both professional credibility and a strong foundation for continued learning and advanced practitioner development.

  • Days run from 7:00 to 18:00.

Meet Your Teacher

Francois Coetzee is passionate about one idea: every person has far greater potential than they realise.

For more than two decades, he has helped leaders, professionals, entrepreneurs, coaches and lifelong learners discover new ways of thinking, communicating and leading themselves. His work is built on the belief that meaningful transformation does not begin with techniques or external success, but with greater awareness, curiosity and personal responsibility.

As a leadership facilitator, executive coach and transformation specialist, Francois has worked with organisations across banking, healthcare, government, telecommunications, retail, manufacturing, mining and technology, both in South Africa and internationally. While the industries differ, the challenge is remarkably similar: helping people discover new possibilities, unlock their potential and create meaningful change in their work and lives in an increasingly complex world.

His approach brings together Neuro-Linguistic Programming, coaching, neuroscience, creative thinking, behavioural change and conscious leadership into learning experiences that create lasting change. Rather than simply teaching concepts, he creates environments where people can explore new perspectives, challenge limiting assumptions, and develop capabilities they continue to use long after the programme has ended.

Francois is an accredited NLP and HNLP Trainer and Coach, and a Master Practitioner of Ericksonian Hypnosis. His work is informed by decades of study in psychology, leadership, applied creative thinking, and human performance, while remaining firmly grounded in practical application.

Throughout his professional journey, Francois has had the privilege of learning directly from many of the pioneers and leading thinkers who have shaped the field of Neuro-Linguistic Programming. His studies include extensive training with Robert Dilts, one of NLP’s principal developers and a pioneer in modelling excellence and leadership; Judith DeLozier, whose work has profoundly influenced NLP, learning and human development; Stephen Gilligan, internationally recognised for his pioneering work in Ericksonian hypnosis and the development of Generative Trance and Generative Change; John Overdurf, renowned for his innovative approaches to coaching and conversational change; and Dr Michael Hall, founder of Neuro-Semantics and a leading authority on meaning, personal mastery and self-actualisation. Their collective influence can be seen throughout Francois’ work, which integrates the depth of classic NLP with generative coaching, neuroscience, conscious leadership and contemporary approaches to human development.

An international speaker on creativity, leadership and human potential, Francois has presented at conferences and events across South Africa, Canada, New Zealand and the United States, as well as internationally online, including the United Nations’ World Creativity and Innovation Week and the International Association for Generative Change Conference.

More than qualifications or experience, Francois sees himself as a fellow Human Potential Explorer. He believes learning is a lifelong journey, that curiosity is one of our greatest strengths, and that the most meaningful transformations occur when people discover not only what they can do, but who they are capable of becoming.

His mission is simple: to help people think better, grow continuously and create lives of greater purpose, contribution and possibility.

A Different Way of Learning

This programme is not built around lectures or information transfer. It is designed as a space for thoughtful exploration, meaningful conversation and personal discovery.

Francois’ teaching style is quiet, reflective and deeply conversational. Rather than providing all the answers, he asks questions that encourage participants to think more deeply, challenge long-held assumptions and discover insights for themselves. Learning unfolds through dialogue, guided reflection, practical experience and coaching conversations that connect new ideas to everyday life.

Each session creates opportunities to slow down, become more aware and think with greater clarity. Participants are encouraged to explore rather than simply accept, to question rather than memorise, and to integrate learning through personal experience rather than theory alone.

The emphasis is not on delivering quick answers or motivational speeches, but on cultivating greater wisdom, self-awareness and personal mastery. It is an approach that respects each participant’s unique journey while providing practical tools that create meaningful and lasting change.

Many participants describe the experience as less like attending a traditional training course and more like engaging in a series of profound conversations that continue shaping the way they think long after the programme has ended.
